Alex came to our house this past weekend and provided excellent service. On time and fast - my husband enjoyed chatting with him as well. Patsy in the office went above and beyond to answer all the questions I had prior to the appt. I will recommend the service to all my family & friends. After this, would never go back to having to drop my car off for new tires again!

Awesome experience end to end. The scheduling was easy, they worked with me changing the appointment multiple times. The service was right on time as promised. I would recommend Road Runner to any one needing tires!

I wish there were more stars to give, what an amazing experience from start to finish! Our son barely made it to his work's parking lot with a flat. Patsy was super friendly (of course, she's British), and organized a much needed full set of run flats overnight at a very competitive price and Alex finished the job very professionally in a tight spot by 11am the next day. Couldn't praise these guys any more, so worth supporting local business, thanks very much!

Alex and Patsy, You guys are the best! We were leaving for vacation and no one else could mount two matching tires in our time frame, Patsy looked up exactly what we needed, Alex went out of his way to get the job done super fast! Drove the car the next day to Asheville NC up some crazy mountain roads with the assurance that our traction and tires were safe! Thanks you guys! I can't recommend you guys more highly! The truck and equipment are top notch and with our roads this is an amazing business concept! Best to you guys!
